STEM Speaker Series — Dr. Rachel Hirst & Dr. Nicole Cyr (Stonehill)

Dr. Cyr’s research focus­es of the neu­roen­docrine basis of obe­si­ty; under­stand­ing changes in meta­bol­ic neu­ro­hor­mones dur­ing obe­si­ty and how the path­ways involved could be tar­get­ed for anti-obe­si­ty drugs.

Fol­low­ing Dr. Cyr’s pre­sen­ta­tion, Dr. Hirst will dis­cuss trans­fer and schol­ar­ship infor­ma­tion for stu­dents inter­est­ed in trans­fer­ring to Stone­hill Col­lege.

The STEM Speak­er Series is open to ALL Mas­sas­oit stu­dents, fac­ul­ty, and staff.
