Honestly, the STEM Starter Academy has been a lot of help in my academic skills (especially in the mathematical aspect); it has given me an idea or a little taste of college life. The STEM Academy also improves one’s research skills, because we have done a lot of it during this program. During the field trips, I noticed a lot of mind-blowing stuff like the plants’ structure, or cellular structure of the plant, which was at the first field trip. Another reason why I like this program is that it gives one an idea of how to develop the environment, like the last research we made about the native pollinators and how they are being affected in their habitats. We saw and learned about some mind-blowing stuff, like how some things are being produced, just like the equipment used in most medical institutions. Finally, I am convinced that everyone that is attending this program gains a lot everytime its being held.
